Please consider my 100% positive feedback when bidding on this item. The drop outs are in excellent shape and there are no dings, dents, or cracks. There is some minor chain rub on on the chain stay and you can see the two holes drilled in the box gusset behind the bottom bracket but beyond that this thing is very very clean. The stamped Ashtabula forks come with this beauty and are newer than the frame and stamped 1979. It is hand stamped beginning with 15924, as were the 75's. It was my understanding though that the 1976 models were all stamped with C's for Chatsworth. As you can see by the pics it appears to be a 1976.the seat stay gusset is not flaired like a 75 should be and the coaster brake tab has the oval shape rather than the double thick rectangular shaped tab as 75's should have.
